Ordering and Mailing Instructions
If ordering a bear you see, please e-mail me to reserve the bear until payment arrangements are worked out or call me at (518) 562-4076. I offer a a six month lay-a-way arrangement, cash (please no cash in the mail), checks and accept VISA and Mastercard.
If you wish to recycle your own coat please place the garment in
a sealed plastic bag. Place the bagged garment into a corrugated box. I
recommend insuring the shipment in case of loss or damage in shipping.
The completed bear will be returned to you in the same manner. Please enclose
a deposit check in the amount of $40.00 (U.S.) for each bear ordered, made
payable to My Apple Tree, and mail along with order form and special ordering
information to:

The balance due, plus sales tax (NY, CT, MA, PA) if applicable will
be billed just prior to shipping.
Please ask for approx. delivery schedule, except for
the one of a kind already made bears. Remember, each item is handmade and
requires time to be created with loving care!
